What is a registered MARA Agent?
A Migration Agent is anyone who uses knowledge of migration law, regulations and procedures to offer advice or assistance to people who wish to obtain a visa to enter or remain in Australia. In Australia, all registered agents must meet the qualification requirements for registration, which include a sound knowledge of Australian migration law, be of good character and abide by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. Registered Agents will normally charge a fee for their services.
